Appointments & Payments

• Consultations are available both online (telehealth) and in person and can be scheduled through our booking system.
• All appointments must be paid for at the time of booking, unless alternative arrangements have been approved in advance.
• If you need to cancel, please do so at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled time to be eligible for a refund.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may incur fees, and no refunds will be issued for missed appointments.

Client Responsibility & Liability

• Prior to beginning any treatment, informed consent will be obtained from the client.
• By attending your appointment, you acknowledge that you understand and accept the procedures involved.
• SkinSpots is not liable for any adverse outcomes resulting from treatments or changes made based on our guidance.

Changes to Terms

SkinSpots reserves the right to revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our site and services confirms your acceptance of any changes made.
